What photos should I use?

Use two clear portraits, one adult per photo, with permission from both people. Avoid sunglasses, covered faces and busy group shots.

Is this the original Hotel Lobby video?

The original template is the reference clip shown above. The generated result replaces its two performers using the selected photos and includes the fixed template soundtrack. The voices do not change with the people.

Can I generate a real video now?

Public generation is not open yet. You can watch the completed sample and prepare your photos while we finish testing the full experience.

Where are my photos stored?

Selected photos stay on this device for up to two hours, including while you sign in. They are cleared on sign-out or account change. When generation is available and you confirm it, the photos are uploaded privately for processing.

Will my clothes and voice stay the same?

The soundtrack and voices come from the template. They do not change with the uploaded photos. Clothing can also change: the example above shows this clearly. Exact wardrobe preservation is not currently guaranteed.

Which lengths and formats are available?

Choose 5, 10 or 15 seconds, landscape, portrait or square, and 720p or 1080p. New formats are marked as experimental until their output is verified. Downloads are MP4 with sound; generation is currently in private testing.

How long will I wait for my video?

Generation runs in the background. One completed 15-second sample took about 10 minutes to generate; queueing and final processing can add time. You can leave and return to My videos. The task page shows your progress and reference estimate.
